Q.プラセンタ１００フォルテのRCT。
プラセボがactiveの主な成分を軒並み削除した
もので、それで群間有意差出してますが、
これはOKですか？
A.1.微妙です。
2.activeには次の成分が含まれています；
porcine placenta extract, MCT oil, non
digestible dextrin, EPAcontaining purified
fish oil, linseed oil, DHA containing
purified fish oil, edible refined processed
oils,grape seed oil, olive oil, rice germ
oil, perilla oil, gelatin, glycerin,
glycerin fatty acid ester, vitamin E, plant
lecithin（derived from soybean）, vitamin
B2, vitaminB1, vitamin B12, vitamin D,
borage oil, evening primrose oil, and tea
seed oil.
他方、プラセボはこうです；
MCT oil, gelatin, and glycerin
要するに、関与成分だけ抜いてあとは同じ
というのが通常の設計ですが、そうでない
わけです。
3.こういう事例は他にもないわけではないですが、
activeにあってプラセボにないものは機能性に
関与していないのかの考察が必要と思います。
本件では、そういう考察は、様式Ｖにも７にも
ないので、微妙と思います。
